Bella
8x10 inches Commissioned portrait
Coloured pencils on drafting film.
This darling little dog was a joy to draw - such a sweet little appealing face, which makes my job so much easier. :)

Very very sweet - it's a look that says "Yes, I'll have my pat now thank you".

I really love the sheen on Bella's coat along her flanks - just beautiful.

Cheers,

Cindy

Karen, the eyes are beautifully done, highlights and all. Do you add white pencil or simply allow the film surface to be the lightest part?

Mona, I usually try to leave the film blank - I find it gives a whiter white than applying white.
